Today’s Sip and Spark
I notice since switching positions at work I haven’t been my fun, excited zesty self. I’m ebbing and flowing right now, navigating how I want to ride these waves.
These hands 🙌 represent a prompt I had done before. What I want to bring in,
Passion- is what I want to bring in. I want to do more of what I love, the stuff that feels like play and time just flies by.
Doubt- is what I want to let go of.
My gentle reminder today is my energy goes where my focus goes.
Thank you I felt that you were holding space for me today. I appreciate everyone’s community support.
It made me feel less alone.
