Was a gentle, creative space was opened last week, and I wanted to share it with you. Big love to @Ingmar Mareen for the invitation and hosting this workshop in her community. We slowed down, reflected, and reconnected through writing and painting. One of the most meaningful moments was writing a letter to the body. to the part of ourselves that holds stories, creativity, emotion, and sacral energy. This practice is about connection. When we create, we soften, we listen, and we remember we’re not alone. This includes men, too! honouring both feminine creative energy (yoni) and masculine creative energy (lingam).
