Mobility Challenge Intro!
Day 1๏ธโฃ of 1๏ธโฃ4๏ธโฃ is tomorrow and so here's just a brief intro and explanation of how the challenge will work and an outline of the exercises. https://www.skool.com/pilatesathome/classroom/093cdb55?md=eba2a3835b7c4d0d88862cfdf43f21f9 Remember, the key is getting in regular daily movement, not pushing the levels on necessarily. Especially with any hip or knee issues, conditions etc. You'll find a warm up, and a stretch session under the mobility challenge in the Challenges category, to use as you see beneficial for you. More likley needed in the later levels. Level 1 is around 10 mins Final level 6 is just short of 20 mins. One thing I don't mention in the video, is that there is a prize for the most supportive member during the challenge. When you look at the leaderboards tab, the No1 place on the 7 day leaderboard on the 6th July, get's their months membership fee back. Being the most supportive member is based on engagement in the community throughout the challenge. Commenting on the challenge posts (or any), providing support, encouragement and generally chatting to other members, likes, and also creating your own posts, will all provide points.
