Finished work on time..2 1/2 hrs in the gym 2k row 1hr lower body weights 1hr walk/run on treadmill Came home to a takeaway mushroom and vegetable stirfry and brown rice.. A massive full stop on the working week and the start to the weekend! No sugar !

We are all too busy - too busy looking after everyone else doing things that just are autopilot duties - we don’t realise that we actually need to take a little bit time for ourselves. It’s something we all struggle to do, me included but today I am going to challenge you to take 20 minutes for yourself. Do something that is just for you - not for someone else - only you!
