A mixed bag of a week, rubbish start to the week..but pulled it back towards the end with an aweso.e gym session A more relaxing day Saturday , 3hr trip to the hairdresser for the 1st time since last July and it now looks fab. Yesterday I had a fab day at Crufts for Gundog day watching my favourite breed ! Saw some celebs , took my own food and ate a large ice cream with a flake and walked over 8 miles... .. raring to go for the week now :)

Starting the weekend
Started this week, feeling under parr and 9ff work for a couple of days.. I listened to my body, just walked, ate well.. and tonight I went back to thw gym ( wasn't feeling it before I went!) Things changed... I walk/ ran my quickest 5k for about 3 years.. and then had the best lower body weight workout.. focused on weight increase and less reps , spending the time working how far I could push my body... who knew I could leg press 200kg.. 6 reps! Managed 7 personal bests and left 2 and half hrs later feeling fabulous.. Listening to my body gave it the rest it seems to have craved and has left me stronger.. thats got to be the best win going into the weekend 🤩
