This week had a few stumbling blocks in it. My speaking engagements for the fall all got cancelled due to the Alberta teacher strike. I now have a different perspective on threats when I do a SWOT! Wins 1. Other avenues to pursue starting tomorrow 2. Processed my grief over losing my fall income stream 3. Big awareness is around why I micromanage and it’s a safety thing 4. Wins this week: 1. Did first ever forklift training for our employees 2. My assistant and I made some really good memes that were posted this week. They didn’t get a lot of attention but I’m excited about them and to make more 3. I’ve done a decent bit of stretching while on the road this week (I’ve slept in a different hotel every night this week omg) 4. I made it to day 1 of the two day workshop! and I’ll finish the rest this week. 5. I’ve steered clear of most of the chaos going on politically. It feels good to not get too involved emotionally.

I do think this could translate to any 3 step of plan > promote > execute roughly This is mostly just a reminder that I have enough foundational ‘build’ things in place.. now I need to focus on leads and sales!!

It's an entry-level quiz that at the end directs the user to book a call with me. Has anyone tried anything like this yet? or have ideas on how to use this as a funnel? Build Your Classroom: Two (2) sessions coming up
Hey everyone! This week (Friday, June 27) we will do our regular laser coaching session for anyone needing some 1:1 support on that. NEXT Friday (yes, 4th of July!!) I will do the monthly 90-minute workshop. The topic will be on Informal Assessments. I know we hear the word "assessment" and automatically think of school/exams/etc. However, it can be really beneficial to do periodic assessments or "check-ins" to make sure that your members are understanding and applying key concepts from your club. This workshop is for anyone who wants to keep a pulse on the learning that is taking place with their members so that they can add additional support, help clarify and make sure that members aren't falling behind (or totally misunderstanding!) important information from the classroom. I hope to see you at one or both of these!
