Mobility Wednesday
Initially planning on cardio day as per schedule. But woke up with glutes aching so decided to do mobility today. Feeling more stretched and less sore

That was a rough but fun workout. Kicked my ass a bit . Today all day clinical meetings which means sitting all day. I can’t imagine the doms after sitting all day. Enjoy the weather all !!!

Day 3 of program. Ulnar nerves still irritated so took it easier on biceps which trigger it. Feels good to be back on routine. Need it more than ever now with the stresses and BS at work to have my outlet before day begins.

Where did the weekend go?
Holy moly, I can't believe how quickly they fly by. I do a lot, and get a lot done, but I forget to check in here and I'm sorry about that! This week I have my 2nd week of Sure Thing Super Block (MY VERSION) :) -- Upper body power, Endurance Strength, and Strength and Stability are my 3 lifts for the week, Thursday Recovery/Mobility, Friday Spin and Saturday is an optional pilates (track pilates with Autumn here at home if I have the time and energy). I find myself sore because of the slider work (we didn't use them today but they really made me sore last week with endurance week) My period should be coming next week and I've been tired for the last week, my body has been warmer, and my Oura is warning me something is straining my body. Usually as my period comes I can tell but I don't usually get warning signs from my ring, so I'm a little anxious. Just trying to be realistic that it could just be that the weather is actually getting warmer now so my body temp is going to be warmer. (I definitely felt HOT overnight last night which is rare, i'm usually cold but it was also 52 degrees when I woke up. Anyway, enough of the novel. Happy Monday!

Hormone fluctuation can trigger Oura to read higher body temp. May not be impending illness but just hormones.

Feeling sore returning back to work out routine hiit/ foam rolling today following a walk. Lunch out with the parents - looking forward to our time !!!!! Then back to it!!! I hate having the pre anxiety of returning back to work
