Dr Ed - followed your advice and contacted health care . Gov. The so called only plan I was eligible for was 1003$ a month plan with BCBS. That’s an outrageous premium and I can’t afford that. Are there any other options for me? Wait for enrollment window? Now having disability insurance is Medicaid option in Texas? Thank you 🙏

Dr Ed I have a question- now that I have been approved for disability I was thinking about trying to get health insurance. I was considering calling Humana and have them take the 202 out of my payment each month to sort of go around a middle man. Will this be considered credible coverage and maybe advise on other options? Thank you

The Denver, Colorado is reviewing my application and they say they will complete in 30 days. I do not work anymore and my last 2-3 years income was less than $3,000/year. I have two minor boys (age 17 & 14) and I have a scheduled appointment over the phone on Sept. 3rd to apply for children benefits. I am married so I plan to ask for child in care benefits for my wife during the September 3rd interview. Simple question, how can I prepare for the September 3rd meeting? How is the Denver district office (should they finish within 30 days)?

i am 62 looking to start claiming soon I have 401K and a pension. Self employed with one employee will the profits from the company be used against me as income? or is just my weekly check i write to myself only get accounted for? We are union and get our payroll audited every year we do put my payroll check once written with all the taxes and such taken off as per usual, we put the checks back into the buisness account as and pay our bills, buiness and personal from the buisness account.
