My daughter needed to change her name on her Social Security card. She called and Made a appointment to go down to the office, she was able to get in within a week and her new card will be here within 10 to 12 days. Also I have supplementary Insurance a long with my Medicare, it works well for me. However make sure when the the clinic staff is putting in the information make sure they are doing it right, If you get a bill that you know the insurance should be paying it.. call the clinic and have them resubmitted don' just pay it. call your insurance company as well, you can also look it up also with your Medicare manual before calling ..If you got your insurance with Chapter call them and the will help you walk through it. I had to go down to the clinic twice and have them resubmit my claim.. Just some FYI Blessed be and Be safe

What a joke! I tried to sign up on the SSA /My account.. it wanted more and more stuff.. I click out of the site.. it was too much. I will just bring the the Representative payee report down to the SSA office or mail it.. what a mess.. The notice stated it was easy to sign up on line..HahHa...Not for me... and I am sure others feel the same way... However I will not give up... I will try to find someone to help me set the site up online... not my phone either 🤬🫢🫨
