Hi, my brother who is 54, is a severe alcoholic and can't keep at a job long because he drinks all day and even while working. Sometimes he has trouble sleeping and then starts drinking at 3-4 am. He has not been to a Dr. to diagnose late stage liver cirrhosis, but I am sure that is where he is at this point. Can someone point me in the right direction to start a disability claim for him? He lives off of a small inheritance that my father left for him, but it will go fast without him having any income source. He has been homeless in the past before moving in with my brother and then now living in a very rural setting. thank you, Joe
