Amazing morning workout at TCF! I noticed that my workouts are exponentially better when I'm at TCF vs alone at home - I will try to go in every day next week even when I don't have an appointment scheduled to see if that helps. There were other wins today as well but I went overboard on the protein (I need 120 and probably ate closer to 170 today + higher calories). Meals are fully planned for a better day tomorrow though. EDIT: not checkmarked but currently drinking dandilion root tea. Hopefully it'll help prevent the bloat tomorrow!
