Eggs, good or bad?
In order to start my day with a good amount of protein, I’ve been eating 3 eggs (organic, brown, outdoor access if that makes a difference) Monday-Friday. I know there’s controversy about whether eggs are good or bad, only have them in moderation, etc. so I was curious what your opinion is on that? I also generally have a protein shake with it so that I stay full until lunch.
