Your hair, nails, skin, eyes, enzymes, collagen, even your immune system—none of it exists without protein. Here’s the kicker: your body can only store about 10 grams of amino acids. That means if you’re not eating enough protein daily, you’re setting yourself up for breakdown, fatigue, and weakness. 👉 Complete proteins (meat, eggs, dairy) give you all 9 essential amino acids. 👉 Incomplete proteins (many plant sources) need to be combined—like beans + rice—to deliver the full package. So how much do you actually need? - To survive: 0.8g per kilogram of body weight. - To grow stronger: 1.1–1.7g per kilogram. - Pushing your limits: up to 3g per kilogram. - Don’t just watch the scale.
