I thought I was eating healthy!
I used to make fruit smoothies. I was drinking the calories and tons of sugar.Deshidrates fruit prunes, apricots, cranberries, etc those were my favorites, I was doing wrong choices, I know now that I had to eat the fruit naturally instead.

Coaching call
Good morning fam! The drive home is going slower than expected, we won’t make it back in time to do the call. I am pushing it till tomorrow at 7pm. The coaching call is going to be all about carbs. Fuel or Foe? Understanding Carbs & Your Diet Based on Your Mission. Again I’m sorry to have to flex but we have no shot to anymore to Make the 7pm slot. I’ll post the link tomorrow!

Drive safe
Avoid the insulin spikes
Focus on protein intake. Protein will help me burn my fat better. Be careful when I eat my carbohydrates to keep my insulin levels in control, simple carbohydrates after exercise.
The food is not my enemy
I used to endure hunger for not getting fat. Eating less I won't lose more weight. I shouldn't be afraid to eat enough, food is my friend, it's my fuel, I don't want to give up in the process I want to get and maintain an excellent result.
