At the top (it' 6 out of 10) one of the biggest challenges I see that both NEW and SEASONED (certainly better than saying old) bookkeepers face is a lack of systems. Consider every task you do on a daily basis (every social media post, every email, all the stuff). If you are having to reinvent the words, posts, etc. every time it's a HUGE waste. Before doing anything ask yourself - will I do this more than once? If you answer if yes find a way to document it so you can easily reproduce it over & over again!
