I finely got my first paying client. We are actually using a Property Management Software for her accounting and it is a top software and will give me another skill to market. And she is local, so I am going to her office to help her learn how to use it.

What do you do if a potential client asks for references and you only have one. I need to ask permission to give her number to a stranger as she doesn't have a business number. But I can't think of any one else I could use.

I have a call with potentially my first paying client Monday morning. If I get her, there is potential to gain her son and her daughter so that would be 2 more. I can't wait for Monday now. I know she will need some cleanup work for last year as her current bookkeeper hasn't finished then and closed them so she can get here taxes done. I am hoping I can get a connection with her cpa. On top of my emailing and social media posting and other marketing for my bookkeeping business, I have been working on my website. I have created interactive tools on my website and I am starting to promote them. These are free tools. I was really happy with the outcome of them. If anyone would like to check them out and give me feed back on them let me know. I could use some testers to make sure they are working properly and are easily understood.

Does anyone have pointers for how to send lots of emails and texts without doing each one individually? Mailchimp is not an option for marketing as people have to subscribe to your list before you can contact them through that platform. Looking for ways to send texts as well without doing each one individually. I'm using gmail and google voice. Are there better ways to do this?
