@Taha Nazim they sort themselves out. We have to understand that our clients (just like us) get caught up with being busy. People pay attention to what’s important to them. So when their bookkeeping becomes more of a priority (generally tax time creates urgency) they are more than happy to provide what is needed.

@Elizabeth Charlick we prefer clients try to stay out of their QBO. But of course there are exceptions. As far as receipts go and that’s an excellent question you really need to have the clients buy in.When we work with nonprofits we really push for all receipts and will send a list of what’s missing for them to scan to us. Month’s go by quickly and it can create awkwardness with clients if you are having to chase them for receipt.
