Neckband stitch pick up
I’m really having a hard time figuring out how to pick up the stitches to do the doubled-over neckband. Would there be any “issue” with the neckband if I did a “whip stitch” to tack it down? If this isn’t a good idea, can someone give me some suggestions on how to identify and pick up the stitches.
