Daily Practice
Good morning! 10am in Michigan. I’m learning NLP and our class last night was SO INTERESTING! Right up our alley here for emotional mastery. So to include all of you, I want you to comment below- Ten emotions you feel in a day. From the time you wake until you sleep what are the most common emotions you feel? On a daily, we feel up to 12 emotions. But there are 2000 we can feel. On average, a person will feel 8 negative and 4 positive so our goal is to flip flop that. But for now, let’s share what YOUR common daily levels look like. I’m excited for this exercise. We have about 20 people in class now so I look forward to seeing how each one answer. I’m working on mine now and will post them below. 🌸
