You Me and CPTSD is where we talk about the messy symptoms, the hidden grief, and the quiet wins of living with complex trauma without shame, pressure, or pretending. A place to learn, ask questions, tell stories and share/receive helpful tips to find safety deep inside. There will be dark humor because sometimes that helps cope. We don’t judge and accept all trauma victims no matter their story. We welcome those who wish to remain silent as well. Just being here is appreciated.
