Your breath is your built-in reset button. If a pose feels shaky or your mind feels busy, slow your exhale — it instantly relaxes your nervous system and helps your muscles switch from “tense” to “open.” One breath can change the whole practice. 🧘‍♀️ Have a great day 💛
