Despite some mobility issues I have stayed on track with diet and fitness goals. I completed two yoga classes, two HITT sessions (35-40 min long) and two solid days of strength training maxing out on this workout with plans to adapt new work out starting next week. I have maintained diet goals with my biggest struggle with non snacking after 730 PM. My goal next week is to reduce meat intake with maintaining my protein consumption to maintain gains. Got to get ready for NEXT SUMMER!
