This week I did a Norwegian HITT session.... these names! 4 min intense and 3 min moderate for 30 minutes. Got my heart rate pumping! Diet has been on track. Looking to go vegetarian once I get some more vegetarian products to help diversify the diet and keep protein on track. (Doctor suggested less meat in diet due to a health factor). Strength training and mobility on track and did a 60 minute yoga practice this morning. I feel as if I am in a groove of health and fitness that has reached some great psychological benefits and looking great!
