New Workout
My workout partner and I have recently changed our routine and it’s challenging core strength! I’m very happy with my progress. My nutritional goals appear to be on track although I would like to better improve my evening snacking. My goal is to stop eating by 7:30 but the refrigerator keeps calling me at about 830! Generally speaking, I feel good about my ambitions and goals 8/10.
