Hey friends, I've been doing about 8.5/10 on exercise and 7/10 on nutrition since the new year.
This week I'll hit the gym every morning at the 7:15a session (M-F). This morning I hit it hard 10/10.
morning: I'll either intermittent fast for the morning or do a Shrek shake or scrambled eggs if I really feel it.
afternoon: I'll nothing else until around 1pm when I'll eat a can of sardines and a Kachava shake.
evening: dinner is a bit of a wildcard with the family... always has been the struggle... but I won't eat anything after 7pm to combat the grazing on treats concern.
