Today I focused on Wim Hoff breathing. We used his app and did one round and shared how to find this Link on YouTube. I guided a meditation where we focused on withdrawing the senses (Pratyahara) and Focused on a mantra, "Hum Sah" (Dharana)
I also shared some goodies from the talk from Marjorie Woolacott on Neuroscience and Yoga.
