some progress AND a question :)

Finally got revisiting/building assets SCHEDULED with my assistant- feels like we are picking up some momentum. I expect to have all assets built out by the end of March. Just wanted to give a quick update!

OK now here is my question and would like some feedback from you guys-

I have been so frustrated with my job (some of you know I work in construction as essentially a sort of director- it feels like the rug has been getting pulled out from under me the last few months quite a bit). I have been seeking out a new position BUT with the new momentum in my club i'm thinking... what if i just stick it out here and put all my 'new job' focus into just crushing it with my club? as i write it out it seems like a no-brainer, but when i was focusing on attracting 'blue collar women' i had felt stuck for so long. i only sort of redirected the course of my club within the last month or so. A thought that came to me last week in a moment of clarity is there is no reason i can't find a new job that feels EASEFUL and fun that pays well while I keep building my business. the feelings of confusion and frustration in my current role may be holding me back more than a new job would. thoughts??
