My club is for awakening professionals. One of the objections I'm getting in my initial sales calls is that many/most of whom tend to be quite busy with work, family, and so fitting in live coaching calls each week and doing the work in the classroom feels overwhelming. I'm sure some part of the problem is that I'm getting bogged down in nuts and bolts. But, that said, it's a real challenge to add club participation to a busy schedule.
What advice do you have for the frequency, length, and date/time of coaching calls so that this kind of member can still show up, feel part of a community, and not feel like they're missing out on too much? , I'm tagging you b/c I know your club focuses on visionaries, many of whom are probably rather busy.
