Your “accent” of your wine refers to where your hips are placed on the flat counts (1, 2, 3, etc) when you start to wine. Most often we place our accents either up (highest point of your wine) or down (lowest point of your wine). There is no right or wrong but I do think it’s important to be aware of the difference so that if you ever run into the question of why your wine may look different to what your intending, especially while taking classes, this could be why. You may be on a different accent.
