I'm posting to really really hold myself accountable to practice 30min-1hr every day until Spicemas. Or if I don't dance, 30min of stretching/mobility MINIMUM. I want to put that work into my body so that I can enjoy to the fullest. 20 days to go til we're on the road!

I’m so proud! Working on smoothing out the movements and that will come over time, getting used to my body moving and how it looks vs feels but I’m seeing progress!!!! I’m actually able to remember a whole dance routine after the second practice? Wow! Thanks Luna, this feels incredible and it’s just the beginning for my personal journey 🥹💘

It’s been such a busy past week but I’m back and ready to wine with you guys however this week I will have to shift our schedule to tomorrow instead of today because I Funfortunately have a performance with Patrice Roberts tonight that’s clashing with our class time.
