as I’m doing some research into the ways people loose body fat I’ve seen all sorts of things being used as tools. Body builders eat loads of crap most of the time over multiple meals. I’d say I’m more of a hybrid hobbyist and do it for enjoyment and fitness etc.
I’d like people’s thoughts on how they / not me would go about cutting body fat. I think I’m current arround 17 percent at 215 pounds. I’m 6 foot 3 in length and have a kinda big torso. I’m a 32-34 waist and a large (long) in t shirt / polo etc
I’d like to get to sub 15 just to see if I’m happy. I seem to be lean but think my belly plays a big role in my body dismorphia 🤣
