Biceps exercise help
As I have mentioned numerous times, my shoulder pain is a constant companion, and I do mean constant. It sits somewhere around the groove where the anterior head meets the lateral head. It never lessens, and never leaves. Shoulder mobility exercises have yet to garner a result, Tom Morrison has plenty to choose from.
Anyway, to the point of my question. Dumbbell curls are jaw droppingly painful. I've tried external rotation of the hands, straight on, alternate sides; If you can dream it, I've tried it (that doesn't include Shaun of course;-) Don't get me wrong, I'm old school and give it all I've got, despite the pain, and my biceps ache like hell for days afterwards, but my progress is definitely being hindered. What other exercises could I try the may reduce the effect of the shoulder pain on going to failure? Remember, I'm not one of you yuppies with a membership to a fancy gym.
