The icon to show the latest version is blue on black.
It should now be easier to navigate on a mobile, after a shedload of editing.
A % Regression mode has been added to Phase 3, rather than using Phase 2 again to set your working weights
This still means that you are using micro progression to get the benefits, but from a lower start working weight
From the requests, I have made a few changes and additions

I will be adding in the future specific exercise cues - video links
The key for me is to keep the app specific to the programme.
Not a generic try-to-do-everything product.
It might require a new download if the screen icon is orange 😁
