I have a movement called Unmute Nation. And right now? I’m putting my WholeHer Wellness Society in Unmute Nation Camp. Because it’s time to unmute. Y’all getting quiet on me. Come on. You are in Unmute Nation Camp. We don’t get quiet when it gets uncomfortable. We don’t shrink when it gets hard. We don’t run back to silence. That’s the old version of you. That’s the other camp. Not this one. This is the camp where women unmute. This is the camp where we stop negotiating with excuses. This is the camp where we fight for what we said we wanted. You didn’t join this movement to disappear. You came here for: • A flat stomach • Normal blood pressure • No diabetes • No high cholesterol • No pills • Energy • Breath in your lungs • Strength in your body • Freedom in your mind But let’s go deeper. You prayed for: • Peace in your home • Clarity in your mind • Confidence in your voice • Discipline in your habits • Financial stability • Emotional stability • A future that doesn’t feel heavy • A body that doesn’t feel like a burden • A life that reflects your faith You didn’t just pray for weight loss. You prayed for freedom. You prayed for alignment. You prayed for a life that feels whole. You came here because somewhere you were tired. And now that it’s uncomfortable… you getting quiet? No ma’am. We don’t go back into silos. We don’t retreat into isolation. We don’t hand the enemy a win. We regulate. We reset. We get back up. That flat stomach? We fight for it. That peace in your body? We fight for it. That future where you’re not dependent on medication? We fight for it. That confident, clear, disciplined version of you? We fight for her too. So I’m asking you directly — What are you fighting for? Because this is Unmute Nation Camp inside of WholeHer Wellness Society. And in this camp? We don’t whisper. We war strategically. WE UNMUTE!!!! Pause for a moment. Breathe. Without shame. Without fixing. Without explaining. 👉 What is the #1 stressor in your life right now? When we name what’s weighing on us, it does something powerful: It releases mental pressure. It loosens emotional tension stored in the body. It quiets shame and self-blame. It signals safety to the nervous system. You don’t need a solution in this moment. You don’t need the right words. Sometimes naming it is the release. This is a safe space. No judgment. No fixing. No commentary unless invited. Share one word, one sentence, or as much as you feel led. Your honesty matters here.

Romance the Day. Protect the Progress
Valentine’s Day is coming. Plan ahead. Enjoy yourself. Be present. Have the dessert if you want it. Laugh. Celebrate. Rest. But don’t “fall off.” Have a plan to return to rhythm. Because one day doesn’t derail progress. Lack of order does. Decide now: • What time will you stop eating? • What does the next morning look like? • Water first? • Walk after dinner? • Back to your eating window the next day? This is what self-leadership looks like. Not restriction. Not obsession. Just rhythm. You don’t need punishment. You need structure. Enjoy the day. Return to order. Keep trending down. That’s how grown women build sustainable results. 💛

Matthew 11:28–29 (NIV) “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.” Father God, We come to You today not striving, not proving, not carrying what was never meant for us to hold alone. We release the weight of pressure, expectations, and self-imposed burdens. Teach us how to rest without guilt and trust without fear. Align our hearts with Your rhythm. Quiet our minds. Settle our bodies. Restore our souls. Help us discern what to carry and what to lay down. We choose obedience over overexertion, peace over performance, and grace over grind. Today, we receive Your rest, not as an escape, but as strength. In Jesus’ name, amen.
