Accountability Check: Are You In
Choosing You Starts With Showing Up That matters more than you know. I’m smiling big because the effort is real and the results are on the way. Y’all are giving me life, joy, and a whole lot of “yes, this is it” energy. In order for me to truly support you and for this space to work, I have to see, hear, and understand what you are really fighting. This is a safe place to change, grow, and become the version of you that has been waiting to wake up. This is not a space where you pay, stay silent, and disappear. That is not the vision. I want to see every woman here win fully, intentionally, and consistently. I can give you the tools. I can guide you. I can walk with you. But I cannot use them for you. And truthfully, I want all of us winning together. So let’s do a roll call today. Drop “I’m here” or “I choose me” in the comments if you are committing to show up for yourself and give your best. No perfection. Just presence. Let’s move forward on purpose.

Pause for a moment. Breathe. Without shame. Without fixing. Without explaining. 👉 What is the #1 stressor in your life right now? When we name what’s weighing on us, it does something powerful: It releases mental pressure. It loosens emotional tension stored in the body. It quiets shame and self-blame. It signals safety to the nervous system. You don’t need a solution in this moment. You don’t need the right words. Sometimes naming it is the release. This is a safe space. No judgment. No fixing. No commentary unless invited. Share one word, one sentence, or as much as you feel led. Your honesty matters here.

My number one stressor is a bad decision I made and now I’m fighting every day to stay away from that. There are days I can be okay and there are days it’s bad. I lose track of time I don’t eat right some days I over eat on others but I don’t want food I rather snacks. I just also stop vaping and there are days I want to do it again specially when I feel I’m on edge.
