Stand or sit comfortably. Place one hand on your heart. Breathe once. Then speak. I love me. I am safe. I forgive myself. I appreciate all I have done to survive, endure, and grow. Thank you, body and mind, for keeping me safe. I protect my peace. I choose peace today. I protect my body. I protect my vision. I protect my future. Now pause. Hug yourself. Hold steady. Say this softly. I am here with you. You are not alone anymore. You don’t have to carry everything by yourself. I see how hard you’ve tried. I honor what you’ve been through. Keep holding. Finish with quiet strength. I listen to myself and honor my needs. I speak to myself with kindness and truth. I choose me first, without guilt or apology. I lead myself with boldness and wisdom. I release fear-based thinking and step into a clear, settled, disciplined mind. I honor the temple God has given me. I am committed to my healing journey. For those who are weary
Matthew 11:28–29 (NIV) “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.” Father God, We come to You today not striving, not proving, not carrying what was never meant for us to hold alone. We release the weight of pressure, expectations, and self-imposed burdens. Teach us how to rest without guilt and trust without fear. Align our hearts with Your rhythm. Quiet our minds. Settle our bodies. Restore our souls. Help us discern what to carry and what to lay down. We choose obedience over overexertion, peace over performance, and grace over grind. Today, we receive Your rest, not as an escape, but as strength. In Jesus’ name, amen.

What is one thing that you realized that you need to be more consistent with this week?

Water and mindful eating on the days that I'm not at home. I'm usually at home so stepping out for a couple of days made me realize how unprepared I can be. I also was hesitant on water intake due to not being able to take restroom breaks as I was driving quite a bit.
