Curly Girl
Ok I need help with hair products. I have curly hair which is typically on the dry side and needs lots of moisture which is usually in the form of oils and butters. I can’t use anything I have, but Dr. Cody mentioned that there’s someone here in Skool land who has a really great line of products. Help!

Oil free sunscreen?
I love all the beauty product tips in here! But… I’m still on the hunt for an oil free sunscreen for me and the kids/ family this summer. We’re on the lake and in the sun pretty much all day every day so we blow through it and need something affordable. I have looked through some of the brands members have suggested but haven’t found anything. Does anyone use something they love?
Why removing oils can accelerate your results- LIVE Replay 👇
We had a powerful LIVE training yesterday inside Fit Over 40. If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing everything right… But the scale randomly jumps up the next day; this is something you’ll want to understand. Here’s what we walked through: • Oils and lotions can create an occlusive layer on the skin• This traps heat and moisture, altering normal skin function• The body can respond with localized inflammation and fluid retention• That can show up as temporary weight increases (not fat gain)• Over time, repeated inflammation can slow consistent progress When you remove these inputs, the body often: • Regulates fluid balance more efficiently • Lowers unnecessary inflammatory signals • Creates a more stable environment for fat loss So how do you hydrate your skin???? We also had a member join us and share some low / no-oil product options that support your results instead of working against them. If you missed it, watch the replay below 👇This is one of those small shifts that can create very real, visible changes.
