Okay here’s a recipe that I make all the time and have slightly modified the ingredients for Fast40:
Lean ground turkey
Zucchini
Egg white
Italian seasoning
Salt to taste
Peel and shred one zucchini into 1-2 pounds of ground turkey. Add an egg white and Italian seasoning and salt.
Mix and form into balls and air fry until done.
I also sprinkle a little salt on the top of the meatballs before cooking.
The zucchini keeps the meat from drying out and helps with overall taste and texture.
