I'd say D and E for me I'm getting close to transitioning to add workouts and breakfast back into the equation and reintroducing complex carbs just want it to be as smooth a transition as possible 🙏

Hi everyone! After 155 days with Dr Cody I am down 42 lbs and 30 inches all over my body! This has been an incredible experience and I am so close to my goal just from changing my eating and loving myself enough to take the time to know what my body needs. đź’ś
