Just starting out
Hey all. I’m just getting into Fast40 and happy to report my first few days. On my loading days I gained a lot on the first day and it scared me. I trusted the process and continued on the second day eating a lot of fatty and sugary foods. I added 5.2 lb during the loading days and my first 2 days of reduction are giving me so much motivation with a total of 8 lb lost. My starting weight was 162 and my goal is 140. I’ve just turned 50 and need to be healthier. I’ll keep you posted!
