Hi all. Getting through week one was pretty easy actually. I travelled 2 days and like another poster I made my chicken breast and burgers ahead and packed a bag of broccolini. Much easier when I can drive but will do the same next week when flying. Ask for a room with a fridge and microwave or stay in a place with a kitchenette. It takes the stress of dining out away. My weight is coming off very nicely losing 5.4, 2.6, 0.8, and 1.0 for a total of 9.8 lb off. I put on 5.2lb during loading so net I’m 4.6 lb in less than a week! It’s amazing how quick this works.
