Hi everyone! Experimenting with some very basic ingredients ! In my first week I had a bit of a sweet tooth and needed to curb it.
1- cut up 1 apple
2- Dusted the apple with cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom.
3- Bake at 325 for about 12 minutes in the air fryer 4- Weigh your cooked apples—so surprised how much 4 oz cooked apples really is.
