Great deal (+sweat equity)
I was browsing marketplace this evening and noticed this Bulova Marine Star for $30. Seller said it works but needs a battery (If it’s not ticking when you pick it up, it might be scrap).
First thing on my bench, I popped a battery in, and it does work!
Step 2 was to remove the bracelet and get it into the ultrasonic (in there now).
Tomorrow, I’ll start measuring for a new crystal- possibly upgraded to sapphire. I’ll also do some thinking about that bezel insert,
