Festina watches..any thoughts?

I'm looking to buy a new watch and my budget is the $200-$300 range. I'd like a watch with metal band, stainless steel or titanium, sapphire glass, waterproof or resistant just for light swimming and not deep diving. Basically, a watch I never take off.

I saw this brand Festina, which is Spanish, and these two models are in their line of Swiss-made watches.

I'm considering the one on the left, as I like the white/pearl face more than the wavy lines of the watch on the right.

Does anyone have opinions about this brand, or suggestions for watches fitting my criteria? Thanks in advance.
