I am really disappointed in myself. I have been consistant with my water and making good habits with portions and meal prepping. Yesterday was a very stressful day at work and I was exhausted at the end of the day. I didn't get my water in and I binged on snacks (mostly salty). This morning I have regained all the progress I made in the last week IN ONE DAY. Not feeling really great today. Starting over AGAIN.😩
