My Intro
Hi everyone..my name is Daisy and honestly feel like I’m the oldest in this group, which I probably am lol.
I’m 61yo and first became a vegetarian at age 15 which freaked my Hispanic parents…I have been vegan for 13 years now and although I fell off about 3 years ago after reconstructive knee surgery ..that falling off didn’t last long.
I am Doctor of Chiropractic turned baker and now the CEO of Oopsy Daisy Sweets, LLC. We are a 100% vegan bakery and have been around for 8.5 years and hopefully will be around for a long time.
I have started to go to vegan events and festivals again and hope to connect with many of you there 💚
