I’m just curious, how many of you have access to a heavy bag, banana bag, some type of punching bag? As we are filming more and more of our course, and deeper into the levels eventually you will want one. So I’m trying to see if we need to do a video about the different types of bags and where to get them so you don’t end up getting some over priced 💩

Next installment of follow along classes has been uploaded. This class can be found in the Teep section and in the Kick section. It starts off with a full follow along hip warmup then goes into 3 rounds of drills for your Teep and kick. Only thing you need is either a chair or foam roller for this Class Hope you all like it 🙌
