Kick Specific Mobility
Just added a 3 Part series called Kick Specific Mobility. They are very short 1-2 minute videos with some great techniques to help you get the leg up for the kick without restriction. This series was added to the Mobility section and the Learn the Muay Thai Kick section. Let us know what you all think of it.

Upcoming changes and full release of level 0, 1, and 2
Hey there! Hope you’ve been liking the lessons we’ve been putting out and getting ready for the full course to be live! You may notice some changes to viewing privileges and that’s because we are allowing the course to be what it intended: lessons that you go through and follow along with methodically. Please feel free to reach out and message us if you have any questions! That being said, we are now filming levels 3 and 4 which will be up as soon as we make them which will be more in the realm of workouts and exercises intended to develop your skills, your rhythm, and technique even further! This Course
Hey Everybody!! Thank you for being a part of our new online program. I just finished uploading the First Paid level course, Learn How to Break Your Fall. We will be doing a new part to our paid course every week for the next several. Up next will be the Muay Thai Mobility Course which will go up in sections over the next 3 weeks. We have the price set at just $5/Month for all of you that are here now. Everyone that signs up before the end of the year will have that price grandfathered for as long as you stay a member. Come January 1 we plan to go up to at least $10/mo for everyone that isn’t already signed up. Let me know what questions or feedback you have so we can make this course as amazing as possible 🙌
