been looking for a solid stretch routine for Muay Thai…is there any resources/youtube videos you’d recommend? or potentially having a proper stretch routine posted in the classroom one day?
@Brandon Lacy I love the mobility course! I guess I should’ve phrased it a bit better: looking for the right routine to work into my schedule, like a warm up stretch routine to do right before my training every day I suppose it would be more of a “follow along” style, shorter form video
