Q&A
Watching videos
is it possible to watch the videos on a device other than my phone? The school app doesn’t seem to be available in the App Store for the MacBook. Is it possible to watch on YouTube etc?
Intro
been training kickboxing and Muay Thai at Hayastan MMA in Charlotte, North Carolina for five years. i’ve trained almost every martial arts since I was 15 lived in Japan, trained traditional jujutsu lived in Hawaii trained Escrima, but if I could do it all over again, I’ve single mindedly focused on Muay Thai. it’s the single most effective combat sport especially if you combine it with western boxing. at 60 I focus on low risk, high reward movements in a Mui femur style like Damien Alamos, by giving myself the range and moving in and out, I can see attacks and respond even though my reflexes aren’t the same as when I was in my 20s. I joined this channel because I really enjoyed your explanations or what I call the in-between things that allow you to hit and not get hit.

Warm up
I’ve watched the mobility training and I’ve stated to gain a better understanding of it. I was just wondering if there’s really good examples of what to do for a warm up to activate the right muscles to avoid injury.
