@Dillon Jones Gotcha!!! That helps me a bunch. That's something that Kru John wants to build over time, but its probably a few months away. For now I would say take the focus of the class you are about to do and do the mobility routine that lines up best. For example if you are doing a kick training session then do the hip mobility, if that makes sense. But again that is in the list of things that Kru John plans to have here eventually.

This Course
Hey Everybody!! Thank you for being a part of our new online program. I just finished uploading the First Paid level course, Learn How to Break Your Fall. We will be doing a new part to our paid course every week for the next several. Up next will be the Muay Thai Mobility Course which will go up in sections over the next 3 weeks. We have the price set at just $5/Month for all of you that are here now. Everyone that signs up before the end of the year will have that price grandfathered for as long as you stay a member. Come January 1 we plan to go up to at least $10/mo for everyone that isn’t already signed up. Let me know what questions or feedback you have so we can make this course as amazing as possible 🙌

@Gabriel Peralta Awesome!!! I’m almost done posting the first 3 levels of Teep and we should all of those beginner levels finalized in the next few weeks. Let us know what you think of the course so far.
